General Information
At Arctic World Troms\u00f8 we want you to have an unforgettable experience on every tour. That’s why we share with you below our conditions, cancellation policies and guarantees applicable to our activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tour Conditions
Availability: Our tours run daily throughout the season, even if the weather is cloudy, rainy or snowy. The priority is to find the best possible place to observe the Aurora Borealis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Displacements: In case of overcast skies, we will move to different locations (even as far as Finland) until we find an area with visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration: The tour can stay in one location or travel to several points during the night, depending on the weather conditions and the optimal location to see the auroras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expert guides: Our guides will share interesting facts about the Aurora Borealis and teach you how to capture this phenomenon with your camera or mobile phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrival time: Please be there 30 minutes before the tour starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Size and Transport
Standard group: Between 4 and 9 people per vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children must be at least 10 years old to participate in the tours. The guide may deny access if this condition is not met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy
Extreme weather or safety cancellation: If the tour is cancelled due to severe weather or dangerous roads, you may reschedule your tour or request a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum number of people: If the minimum of 4 people is not reached, we will offer you to join another group or give you a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer cancellations: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before departure. After this period, no refund is guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aurora Borealis Guarantee
If during your tour we do not manage to see the Aurora Borealis, you will receive a 50% discount on your next booking (subject to availability).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guarantee does not apply if the tour takes place on the last day of the season or if we are closed the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discount is personal and non-transferable, non-refundable in cash and must be used at the next available opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there are no places available for the desired date, a new date will be offered (no refund if the client is unable to attend).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds and No Shows
No-shows will result in forfeiture of all monies paid and any entitlement to future discounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discounts offered are non-refundable and non-accumulative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other discounts or promotions are of limited validity and are not redeemable for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommendations
Wear warm and thermal clothing, even in summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
