At Arctic World Tromsø we want you to have an unforgettable experience on every tour. That’s why we share with you below our conditions, cancellation policies and guarantees applicable to our activities:

Tour Conditions
Availability: Our tours run daily throughout the season, even if the weather is cloudy, rainy or snowy. The priority is to find the best possible place to observe the Aurora Borealis.

Displacements: In case of overcast skies, we will move to different locations (even as far as Finland) until we find an area with visibility.

Duration: The tour can stay in one location or travel to several points during the night, depending on the weather conditions and the optimal location to see the auroras.

Expert guides: Our guides will share interesting facts about the Aurora Borealis and teach you how to capture this phenomenon with your camera or mobile phone.

Arrival time: Please be there 30 minutes before the tour starts.

Group Size and Transport
Standard group: Between 4 and 9 people per vehicle.

Children must be at least 10 years old to participate in the tours. The guide may deny access if this condition is not met.

Cancellation Policy
Extreme weather or safety cancellation: If the tour is cancelled due to severe weather or dangerous roads, you may reschedule your tour or request a full refund.

Minimum number of people: If the minimum of 4 people is not reached, we will offer you to join another group or give you a full refund.

Customer cancellations: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before departure. After this period, no refund is guaranteed.

Aurora Borealis Guarantee
If during your tour we do not manage to see the Aurora Borealis, you will receive a 50% discount on your next booking (subject to availability).

This guarantee does not apply if the tour takes place on the last day of the season or if we are closed the following day.

The discount is personal and non-transferable, non-refundable in cash and must be used at the next available opportunity.

If there are no places available for the desired date, a new date will be offered (no refund if the client is unable to attend).

Refunds and No Shows
No-shows will result in forfeiture of all monies paid and any entitlement to future discounts.

Discounts offered are non-refundable and non-accumulative.

Any other discounts or promotions are of limited validity and are not redeemable for cash.

Recommendations
Wear warm and thermal clothing, even in summer.

En Arctic World Tromsø queremos que vivas una experiencia inolvidable en cada tour. Por eso, a continuación te compartimos nuestras condiciones, políticas de cancelación y garantías aplicables a nuestras actividades:

Condiciones del Tour

  • Disponibilidad: Nuestros tours se realizan diariamente durante la temporada, incluso si el clima es nublado, lluvioso o nevado. La prioridad es encontrar el mejor lugar posible para observar las Auroras Boreales.

  • Desplazamientos: En caso de cielos cubiertos, nos moveremos a diferentes ubicaciones (incluso hasta Finlandia) hasta encontrar un área con visibilidad.

  • Duración: El tour puede permanecer en una ubicación o recorrer varios puntos durante la noche, dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas y la ubicación óptima para ver las auroras.

  • Guías especializados: Nuestros guías compartirán datos interesantes sobre las Auroras Boreales y te enseñarán cómo capturar este fenómeno con tu cámara o teléfono móvil.

  • Hora de llegada: Se solicita estar presente 30 minutos antes de la salida del tour.

Tamaño del Grupo y Transporte

  • Grupo estándar: Entre 4 y 47 personas en un autobús climatizado con baño.

  • Grupo reducido: Si el grupo es menor a 17 personas, es posible que el autobús no cuente con baño.

  • Asientos para niños: Por favor, informa edad y peso de los menores para asignar asiento infantil adecuado. El conductor puede negar el acceso si no se cumple esta condición.

Políticas de Cancelación

  • Cancelación por clima extremo o seguridad: Si el tour se cancela por condiciones climáticas severas o carreteras peligrosas, podrás reprogramar tu tour o solicitar el reembolso completo.

  • Mínimo de personas: Si no se alcanza el mínimo de 4 personas, te ofreceremos sumarte a otro grupo o te reembolsaremos el total pagado.

  • Cancelaciones del cliente: Puedes cancelar sin costo hasta 7 días antes de la salida. Pasado ese plazo, no se garantiza devolución.

Garantía Aurora Boreal

  • Si durante tu tour no logramos ver las Auroras Boreales, recibirás un descuento del 50% en tu próxima reserva (sujeto a disponibilidad).

  • Esta garantía no aplica si el tour se realiza el último día de la temporada o si estamos cerrados al día siguiente.

  • El descuento es personal e intransferible, no se reembolsa en efectivo y debe usarse en la siguiente oportunidad disponible.

  • En caso de no haber plazas disponibles para la fecha deseada, se ofrecerá una nueva fecha (no se reembolsa si el cliente no puede asistir).

Reembolsos y Ausencias

  • No presentarse al tour implica pérdida total del importe abonado y de cualquier derecho a descuento futuro.

  • Los descuentos ofrecidos no son reembolsables ni acumulables.

  • Cualquier otro descuento o promoción tiene una validez limitada y no es canjeable por dinero.

Recomendaciones

  • Lleva ropa térmica y abrigada, incluso en verano.

  • Si tienes dudas, contáctanos antes del tour.
